What amboo is

amboo is a network of digital media and product brands. Content published across the network — articles, charts commentary, and similar material — is for informational and entertainment purposes only and isn't professional advice of any kind.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for anything illegal or that infringes others' rights
• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract content in ways that abuse our infrastructure
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate amboo, our brands, or our staff

Intellectual property

The amboo name, logo, and site design are owned by amboo. Content on our brand sites (such as Ambo Music) is owned by amboo or its licensors unless stated otherwise. You may share links to our content, but you may not republish or redistribute it without our permission.

Third-party links

Our sites link to external destinations — streaming platforms, social media, and other third-party services. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.

No warranty

amboo.app and its brands are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the site will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, amboo isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Changes

We may update these terms or the site itself as amboo's network grows. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to amboo's place of operation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
