Privacy Policy

Information we collect

We keep this deliberately minimal:

• Contact form. The "Get in touch" form on our homepage does not send your email address to our servers. Submitting it opens a pre-filled message in your own email app, addressed to hello@amboo.app — you choose whether to actually send it.
• Direct email. If you email hello@amboo.app, we receive and store that message like any normal email, so we can reply.
• Basic site analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand traffic. It's cookie-free and doesn't track you across other websites — it only reports aggregate metrics like page views and load times.
• Fonts. Our pages load the Inter typeface from Google Fonts' servers. Loading a font means your browser makes a request to Google, which may log your IP address under Google's own privacy policy.

Cookies

We don't set any cookies or use browser storage to track you. Cloudflare, our hosting provider, may set narrowly-scoped technical cookies needed to keep the site secure and performant — these aren't used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

How we use information

We use email you send us only to respond to you. We use aggregate analytics only to understand how amboo.app is used and to improve it. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Data retention

We keep emails you send us for as long as reasonably needed to handle the conversation, then delete them periodically. Aggregate analytics data doesn't identify you personally.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete emails you've sent us, at any time by writing to hello@amboo.app.

Children's privacy

amboo.app is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

As amboo's network of brands grows, this policy may be updated. We'll change the "Last updated" date above whenever we do.
